the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was simply delicious. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room. the linen was impeccable and the working station was a plus.

The bathroom could use some renovations as some of the installations were a bit worn out.

I had a great stay at a spacious apartment with a complete kitchen at Park Hall Flat Service Higienopolis. The location is excellent, with a mall nearby and convenient amenities like a bakery and supermarket. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The decor felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. Although the internet was eventually fixed and performed well, it took a bit longer than expected.

Next to an excellent shopping mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The parking was convenient. The hotel provided easy access to transportation options. The staff was friendly and attentive. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

The apartment had a good size with a complete kitchen, which was very useful for us. The location was perfect, right next to a bakery and a 24/7 supermarket. We enjoyed having breakfast included in our stay.

The decoration was too simple and the house-keeping was not up to par. We expected a more luxurious stay for the price we paid.
